1.1 Live Location Data

The central purpose of the App is to let family members share their current whereabouts with one another. With your clear permission, we collect GPS coordinates, movement history, and related positioning signals so that authorised family members can see your position on a map. You stay in control of location sharing at all times, and you can pause or withdraw it whenever you like.

1.2 Account and Profile Details

When you set up an account, we ask for basic information such as your email address, a display name, and a password. This lets us confirm your identity and link you to the family circle you create inside the App.

1.3 Device and Technical Data

Certain technical details are received automatically from your device, including operating system version, hardware model, unique device identifiers, battery level, and crash logs. This helps us track down errors, fine-tune performance, and preserve compatibility across different devices.

1.4 Usage Analytics

To see how features are being used and raise the overall quality of the App, we may collect aggregated, non-identifying statistics about your activity, such as which screens you view, which buttons you tap, and how long your sessions last. This data is combined with that of other users and never singles you out personally.

• Inside your family circle: Location and profile details are shown only to the family members you have explicitly invited and approved.

• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority, or to defend our rights and protect users' safety, we may disclose information where reasonably necessary.

4. How Long We Keep Data

We store your personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Service and fulfil the purposes described in this policy. In particular:

• Live location data is refreshed continuously, and older history is removed automatically based on the retention period you choose in settings.
• Account information is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is permanently removed from our production systems within 30 days, except where a longer retention period is required by law.

You remain in full control of your personal information. Depending on where you live, you may exercise the following rights:

• Access and portability: Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update or fix information linked to your account that is inaccurate.
• Deletion: Request that we erase your data and close your account for good.
• Withdrawing consent: Switch off location sharing or revoke any permission at any time through your device settings or in the App. Turning off location access stops live tracking but does not affect other features.
• Opting out of analytics: You can disable usage-data collection in the App's privacy settings.

6. How We Protect Data

We apply industry-standard safeguards to defend your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

• Regular security reviews

While we work hard to protect your data using commercially reasonable means, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

The App is built for family use, and we recognise that parents may wish to share location with their children for safety. Even so, the Service is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from them.

Parents who create accounts for family members are responsible for managing those connections and for making sure every participant has consented. If you believe we have gathered information from a child in breach of applicable law, please contact us straight away so we can remove it.

8. External Links and Services

The App may include links to outside websites, app stores, or third-party tools (such as map providers and advertising networks) that we do not operate. Once you leave our Service, this Privacy Policy no longer applies.

We strongly suggest reviewing the privacy statements of any third-party sites or services you visit, as we have no control over and accept no responsibility for their content, policies, or practices.

To keep certain features free, the App may show adverts delivered by third-party ad networks. 10. Subscriptions and Renewal

The App offers an optional premium subscription that unlocks advanced features. The following terms apply to paid plans:

• Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the current billing period ends.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends, and the renewal price depends on the plan you selected.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings.
• Refunds are handled by the relevant app store under its own refund policy.

11. Cross-Border Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your own country. When we move data across borders, we take steps to ensure it receives a comparable level of protection, through legal mechanisms such as standard contractual clauses or other safeguards recognised by applicable data-protection laws.
